Yes - all new acne clients begin with a professional consultation. This allows us to analyze your skin, identify acne type and triggers, and design a customized treatment and home care plan. Our goal is to set you up for success from day one.

Most facial or acne treatment appointments last between 45 and 75 minutes, depending on your treatment plan. Consultations are typically about 30 minutes.

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. No-shows or last-minute cancellations are charged the cancellation fee of 100% the appointment charges. This policy helps us respect the time of all clients and providers.
